Environmental CFO Position – Clean Tech CFO Job – Denver, Colorado
Position: Chief Financial Officer | Location: Denver, Colorado (Hybrid) | Compensation: $280,000 – $390,000 base + bonus + equity
A rapidly growing clean technology company in Denver focused on environmental remediation is seeking a CFO. The company has grown from $10M to $120M in revenue over the past four years and is preparing for a Series C raise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations including accounting, FP&A, and treasury
- Own Series C fundraising process — target $75M raise
- Build financial infrastructure to support continued rapid growth
- Manage government grant accounting and compliance reporting
Ideal Candidate Profile
- CFO experience in clean tech, environmental services, or high-growth technology
- Strong venture/growth equity fundraising experience
- CPA or MBA preferred
