Position: VP Corporate Controller | Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid) | Compensation: $240,000 – $320,000 base + bonus + equity
A publicly traded manufacturing company with $1B+ in annual revenue is seeking a VP Corporate Controller to oversee all technical accounting, SEC reporting, and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Own all SEC reporting including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings
- Lead technical accounting research and implementation of new standards
- Oversee internal controls and SOX compliance program
- Manage a team of 12 accounting professionals
Ideal Candidate Profile
- CPA required — Big 4 public accounting background strongly preferred
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with SEC reporting exposure
