Responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations across a complex multi-location platform
- Own financial due diligence and integration for 5-7 acquisitions per year
- Manage PE sponsor relationship and quarterly reporting
Requirements
- CFO experience in healthcare services or multi-location healthcare platforms
- PE-backed company experience required
- M&A and integration experience required
