Key Responsibilities
- Full oversight of financial planning, reporting, treasury, and risk management
- Lead financial modeling for $300M+ infrastructure investment program
- Manage regulatory reporting and compliance for energy sector requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- CFO or VP Finance experience in energy, utilities, or industrial sectors
- Experience with project finance and capital-intensive business models
- CPA or CFA preferred
