Corporate Controller – SF Bay Area (Potential CFO Track)
Position: Corporate Controller | Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid) | Compensation: $200,000 – $280,000 base + bonus + equity
A high-growth SaaS company in the SF Bay Area with $150M ARR is seeking a Corporate Controller to build and lead the accounting function ahead of a planned IPO.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale the accounting function from 5 to 15+ ahead of IPO
- Own technical accounting including ASC 606 revenue recognition
- Lead audit preparation and Big 4 audit management
Ideal Candidate Profile
- CPA required — Big 4 background strongly preferred
- SaaS or technology company experience
- IPO-readiness or SEC reporting experience a major plus
